Sales Buddi

Sales Buddi is a personalised AI sales coach that aims to help sales agents improve their results and close more deals. The personalisation comes from the questionnaire that all users must complete from which the AI is able to customise its communication style to provide the best help to each user. The AI chats to the user providing advice for specific customers, prompts users to chase up opportunities and asks follow up questions after meetings to ensure the user is staying on task.

The Problem

Sales agents are often on-the-go and working with multiple customers at the same time and have little time for professional improvement. Having a personalised AI coach to prompt agents to make follow-up calls, encourage the use of certain language, and provide helpful tools and tips, would greatly improve sales agent’s results.

What we did

Code Heroes developed the Sales Buddi app based on brand design work completed by Type & Pixel.

In order to use the app, each user must complete a questionnaire that categorises them into one of six profiles, indicating what type of sales agent they are. The Sales Buddi AI then alters its tone and voice based on which profile they are talking to. The app links to the user’s calendar so it can identify upcoming sales meetings and prompt the user to chase up customers, ask them how meetings went, and assist agents with preparing for meetings.

The app also includes an extensive library of educational sales material in both reading and audio.

Firebase is a Google platform offering cloud-based tools for building and scaling web and mobile apps. It provides backend services like real-time databases, cloud storage, authentication, and serverless functions. Firebase also supports analytics, performance monitoring, and user engagement features, making it ideal for quickly developing and managing apps across multiple devices.
AI

OpenAI services include large-scale language models, such as GPT, which can generate human-like text, perform tasks like content creation, coding assistance, and data analysis. OpenAI's API allows developers to integrate AI capabilities into their apps for various use cases, including chatbots, customer support, and automation. The platform focuses on making AI accessible and beneficial while ensuring ethical use and safety in AI development and deployment.
Calendar integration

Azure was used for calendar integration enabling the app to access and manage calendar data from Office 365, Outlook, and other Microsoft services. With Microsoft Graph API, the app can read calendar events and sync user calendars in real-time. Azure’s security and identity management features ensure secure access to user data, making it a reliable platform for integrating robust calendar functionalities into apps.
Calendar integration

Google’s calendar integration was utilised through the Google Calendar API and Google Workspace services. With the Google Calendar API, the app can manage and synchronize calendar events. The API supports real-time updates, making it easy to keep calendars in sync across devices. Additionally, Google’s OAuth 2.0 ensures secure access to user calendar data, making it a trusted solution for building seamless calendar functionalities.
